Christopher Ha, MD, FAAD
Medical Director / Board Certified Dermatologist
Dr. Christopher Ha is a Board Certified Dermatologist and founded Roseville Dermatology in 2006 with the goal of creating a patient-centered dermatology practice that would provide both quality of care and the highest level of customer service.
Dr. Ha was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States when he was 7 years old. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular Biology in 1990, where he was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. In 1994, he received his medical degree from the University of Michigan Medical School, which is recognized as one of the top 10 medical schools in the United States. Dr. Ha finished in the top 5% of his class and was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society.
After a 3-year Internal Medicine residency at UC San Diego, he completed a 3-year Dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Subsequently, Dr. Ha worked at The Permanente Medical Group in Roseville for six years, where he was the Assistant Chief of Dermatology.
Dr. Ha continues his medical education by attending many educational conferences, including the annual Academy of Dermatology conference, and monthly journal club with the Sacramento Valley Dermatology Society.
He is married to a Kaiser pediatrician and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys training for triathlons and marathons, swimming, cooking, and being a chauffeur for his kids.
Babu Singh, MD, FAAD
Mohs Surgeon / Board Certified Dermatologist / Board Certified Mohs Micrographic & Reconstructive Surgeon
Dr. Babu Singh is a highly accomplished board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic surgeon. After graduating cum laude with honors from Cornell University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering, Dr. Singh obtained his medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He subsequently completed a transitional year at Harvard Medical School and a 3-year Dermatology Residency at Boston University, where he was chosen to be Chief Resident. Following his dermatology residency, Dr. Singh pursued an intensive one-year Advanced Dermatologic Surgery Fellowship at the California Skin Institute, where he performed over 1,500 Mohs cases under the mentorship of renowned Mohs surgeon Dr. Greg Morganroth.
For 5 years, Dr. Singh served as a Mohs surgeon and general dermatologist at the Southern California Permanente Medical Group, conducting over 5,000 Mohs procedures and overseeing the region's highest volume surgical practice.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Singh cherishes time with his two young sons, playing soccer (Dr. Singh was on the NCAA Division I Soccer team at Cornell University) and exploring the beauty of Folsom Lake and Lake Tahoe.
Shannon Sgro, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Shannon Sgro is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology since 2000 and has been on our staff since 2007. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, she graduated cum laude at the Western University of Health Sciences Physician Assistant program where she received special training in Dermatology. Shannon has extensive experience in surgical, medical and cosmetic dermatology. Her passion includes natural cosmetic outcomes utilizing her extensive experience in leading-edge products and procedures such as restorative lasers to reverse sun damage and aging, revealing her patients' natural beauty. Shannon lives in Roseville with her two sons.
David Hagemann, PA-C
Physician Assistant
David Hagemann is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology. He has been at Roseville Dermatology since 2015. He graduated from the University of Southern California Physician Assistant Program in 1998. After working in cardiology and emergency medicine, David spent 13 years in a dermatology practice in Danville, CA. Prior to being a PA, David attended Long Beach State University and was a Hospital Corpsman in the Navy assigned to the United States Marine Corp. David enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as mountain biking.
Michael Froniewski, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Michael Froniewski is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in Dermatology and joined the Roseville Dermatology team in 2023. After graduating from Sacramento State University with a degree in Biology, Michael completed his Physician Assistant Program at Barry University in 2018. His areas of expertise include skin cancer diagnosis, treatment and prevention, surgical dermatology, as well as managing skin conditions such as acne, psoriasis and eczema. Outside of the office, you can often find Michael restoring old cars in his free time and working on numerous projects on his farm in Loomis.

Ragen McKenna, RN

Ragen McKenna graduated from St. Mary's College of CA with a Bachelor's degree in Business and a minor in Economics which she used during her previous career in finance. After discovering her passion for the medical field, she returned to school and graduated with honors from the Shoreline College Nursing Program. Prior to joining Roseville Dermatology, Ragen worked at a cosmetic surgery center in Seattle. She loves to learn and is constantly expanding her knowledge of new treatment options. She prides herself on helping her patients achieve their cosmetic goals with safe and effective techniques. During her free time, she enjoys interior design and exploring local bars and restaurants. She can often be found on the hiking trails near Folsom Lake with her husband, son, and two dogs.

Molly Benoit
Office Manager / Customer Service Manager
Molly joined the Roseville Dermatology team in 2011 as our office manager and has over 20 years in customer service. She was born in Southern California and raised in Denver, Colorado. Molly returned to California in 2001 and worked as an office manager in a busy plastic surgery practice until she moved to Roseville to be close to family. Molly loves working in Dermatology and is passionate about giving our patients excellent customer service and educating patients about skin care. She lives in Roseville with her son and daughter. She enjoys traveling and spends her free time volunteering at church and attending kids sports activities.

Bianca has been a Licensed Esthetician since 2015 and has worked at multiple medical spas and aesthetic centers throughout her career. Bianca is known for her expertise in cosmetics and in-depth product knowledge. Obsessed with ingredients and continuously expanding her knowledge of medical-grade skincare, Bianca is committed to stay at the forefront of industry advancements.
